No building permit is required, and it’s assembled from three modules, each of which can be separated later — meaning that each family member can have their own separate home. If the children grow up, you can move the parents into a separate module or sell one or two modules. The home is equipped with plumbing and furniture and comes fully furnished “turnkey.” The high ceilings (2.5 meters) make it feel like a large apartment.
