Yes, you can place the home on any land plot without a building permit and without connected utilities. You can opt for a home with solar panels or a hybrid gas generator. Water can be stored in a built-in reservoir and replenished with delivery or sourced on-site. In countries where this is prohibited, we can install a waste water tank.

We use Eco-Neopor insulation, which is more eco-friendly than styrofoam and improves thermal insulation by 20%. It also doesn’t settle over time, unlike mineral wool, which loses its insulating properties.

The mobile home is certified by the Road Safety Department (csdd.lv) according to European standards, ensuring safe operation both while stationary and on the road.

The house is certified and undergoes examination by the Road Safety Department (csdd.lv) in accordance with European standards. This guarantees safe operation both when the house is stationary and when driving on the highway.

Attention! If you are offered to buy or rent a “campervan”, be sure to check that it is registered as a vehicle and marked “special campervan” in the registration certificate, otherwise regular driving on the roads is prohibited! And even if a mobile home has wheels and a tow bar, but there is no special Certification, driving such a home on the roads is prohibited!

The warranty period for the mobile homes is 2 years.

The home’s structure is certified according to European safety standards, ensuring reliable operation. Additional security options such as GPRS tracking devices and anti-theft mechanical protection are available.

The site does not require special preparation, as long as it’s level, and you can use paving slabs (50x50 cm) under the supports if necessary.

Production takes between two weeks to one and a half months, depending on the model and configuration.

SIA “Vianets” (Reg. No.: 40003545789) is registered in the Latvian business register since 2000 and operates under EU jurisdiction, following all laws and customer protections. We sign a contract and require a 50% deposit, with the remainder paid in installments after stages of production.

Also, you get access to your personal account, in which you control all stages of the construction of your house.

When the building is ready, you transfer the second part in the amount of 25% of the cost of the house. You pay the third part of the payment in the amount of 25% upon completion of production. Immediately after receiving the final payment, you can pick up the finished house yourself, or we deliver the house to you using partner logistics companies.
